Free of charge to any address within Denmark
Shipment abroad will be charged according to actual shipping expenses
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays
Delivery time within Denmark is 1-2 workdays
All orders will be shipped with Post Danmark

Payment

All prices are in Dkk.
All prices include 25 % tax.
Payment is possible with
Visa-DK, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa-Electron and JCB.

Refund and regrets

All purchases made on this website are refundable within 14 days from dispatch date.
The product must be unused and with original hang tags in order to be refunded.
When returning a product to us, please fill in the return-form. We cannot refund your purchase if we do not receive the return-form along with the product.

Returns will not be accepted later than 14 days from dispatch date.
All refunds will be made to the same account used for making the purchase.
We recommend that you return your purchase as a parcel and keep hold of the tracking number as a reference.

Complaints and warranty
We check and control the quality of each product prior to dispatch.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods which gives you 24 months to complain about an item.

This means that you, in case of errors in the product, may complain up to 24 months after purchase.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

Quote-Design does not cover shipping expenses in case of a complaint.
In a case of an accepted claim, we will do our best to repair the product. If this is not possible, we will replace the product.
If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will refund your purchase.
